At WCAssist, we take your privacy seriously. We collect minimal data necessary to facilitate your medical transport bookings and ensure that all personal information is encrypted and stored securely. Your data is never sold to third parties.
Booking & Cancellation
Bookings must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled transport time are eligible for a full refund. Emergency medical transports have priority scheduling protocols.
Service Standards
We mandate that all providers on our marketplace maintain valid licenses, insurance, and regular safety inspections. We perform periodic audits to maintain the highest quality of patient care.
